We want to create a strong and memorable online presence for our anxiety treatment program. And we need an outstanding logo to help solidify this identity.



The logo should incorporate our trademarked slogan, "Live Uncertain®” into an awesome design that will give people hope who are suffering from this debilitating condition (we look forward to seeing you show off your artistic ability!)



As the face of THE place to get help, the look should be clean, professional, and recognizable. It's primary use will be on the website, but it should also look great in online advertising as well as printed marketing materials.



Please keep in mind that the colors and fonts that are used will become the basis for the palette of the website, so please use ones which will look perfect for a website built around them.



If applicable, please tell us how the logo can tie the website experience together and strengthen our identity. For example, attached is a quick sample of one possibility. In it, there's a character (a butterfly) which could be used to flutter through the site, helping the user navigate, or fly up when the user meets a goal, etc.


In this example, the butterfly would not only be part of the logo, but would also be an ongoing part of the experience to reinforce our identity. We are open to all kinds of ideas for this type of thing, be it a dandelion, an avatar, a butterfly, or something even better - please get your creative juices flowing!


The file delivery will need to include the source/authoring files (e.g. PSD) as well as the final (web-ready) files (e.g. PNG, etc.) in standard sizes with transparent backgrounds. We'll also need to know the fonts and colors that were used.

    Dear respected contest holder, hope you are not going to pay $500 dollars for copied/stolen design. You should report against this fraudulent to help us ( all genuine freelancers) and this (Freelancer) site against fake and copycat designs. I think a "Logo" is very prestigious symbol for any company's. Otherwise you shouldn't pay $500 dollars for this contest.So please report against this copied/stolen design. We all should keep "Trust" alive in this world.Hope you won't take me wrong and understand my point of view. Take care and Thank you.

      I think he already paid it and that's why we are getting NO ANSWER from either him or Freelancer.

      Sadly, it seems that some contest holders are really graphic agencies who simply post a contest to have hundreds of samples for their clients. Then they award the prize to a bogus design (in this case a copyrighted one) that THEY themselves submitted under a false name; claim the "prize" and sell the client the one they picked from all of those we submitted (noticed how most of us were awarded 4-stars?). I'm not saying this is for sure the case here, but we must all be aware that the hold-a-fake contest IS a practice. No one watches out for us...no one. Freelancer is just in it for a profit and as it is apparent by their silence to our many request for justice, that they don't care for the designers that have made them who they are.

    This is the reply I got from Freelancer regarding the copyright violation I reported earlier:

    "Hey MARIA V,

    We want to apologize that you had an experience that warranted you reporting another user and thank you for stepping up and letting us know about it. Please don't hesitate to let us know if anything happens again.

    As you can see, it's an APOLOGY for the "experience", but nowhere does it say that they will correct this injustice. And saying "don't hesitate to let us know if anything happens again" What?

    I wonder what the SMARTRISK.ca owners of the original logo would say. The only thing the "winner" did was to change the red background to blue. Everything else is exactly the same...a shameful copy.
