I am looking for a skilled and experienced graphic designer who can enhance the realism of two renderings. The ideal candidate should have expertise in improving textures and materials, and lighting and shadows, in order to create more lifelike and visually appealing visuals.

I created the 2 attached renderings in Chief Architect, and would like for both of them to be more photo realistic to provide my client with a more realistic view of their space. My goal is to provide professional, high quality renderings that showcase the design that makes you say "Wow"! I also included the fabrics that I used. Particularly, I would love for the texture of the left fabric (pictured) to be more realistic on the chairs (rendering).

If you have the skills and experience required to transform these renderings into stunning, photorealistic visuals, I would love to hear from you.
