  The problem is that the logo has too much definition. it's too neatly cut into the field.

  The texture all over is unconvincing. It looks like you've done it with a computer. The shape is too clean. Can't you put some spots of crop in the logo like I suggested?

  I added a texture on logo, not only on the right "eye" and made it more dirty. Also i made two variants of picture in different positions (for a change).
