I'm looking for a logo design for my new company "The Coffee Co-op"

I'd like it to look sleek and clean, and relevant to the type of company it is.

I was thinking something like the logo on this french press in the picture. Same idea with the font except with the company name instead, and in the square, have an illustration of a coffee/espresso cup or a coffee bean using negative space.

The font could be written as
THE COFFEE CO-OP
or
THE COFFEE
CO-OP (with this word spreading the same width as the top line)

I'm open to other ideas as well.
