  I like the shape of the shield rather than that of the pentagram. Also, the name of the soccer club is BFC. Soccer club should not appear on the logo I am looking for. You have also put the eifel tower which has nothing to do with our city at all. The lion is pretty good but maybe a little too complex. Take a look at the LOSC logo and see that it is simple but powerful.
