Design a championship logo for our 'Critical Numbers League', which will be printed on podium flags for past and future years

We are currently running a sports theme within the office. Each year we have a target set which we have reached for the past 3 years. We would now like to design a championship logo, so we can print this on podium flags to hang. The same logo will be used for each flag, we will print this for:

- The past 3 years showing we won the league as we've met our target (2015, 2016, 2017)
- A blank one for 2018, to show the season isn't over yet and we can still make it to the championships

You can google sports championship league banners as examples. When it comes to designing the logo, please check out NBA logos etc

Some notes:
- We don't have a specific sport tied to the critical numbers league or our office (it's a mixture of everything)
- The podium banner we will use is attached, as per the following link (Type A): https://www.bannerbuzz.com.au/podium-banners.html

- We have a different annual theme each year, and would like to tie that into our podium flags. (2016 is a superhero version of our logo, 2017 is a war version of our logo. We didn't have a theme for 2015, so this can just be our original company logo)

- Our brand colours are attached

So following on the below, when designing the CNL logo, please refer to those examples and think about:

- Use of our company logo
- Have 'CNL' in it
- The logo should have everything contained in a shape/emblem (again, referring to the NHL, NBA and NFL logo is your go-to)
- It's a logo which you can see on a jersey/shirt

Hi everyone, thanks for all your submissions.

I'd like to give some guidance before the competition ends. Some examples we'd like to refer you to is:
- NFL logo
- NBA logo
- NHL logo

Think of it this way - each logo is contained within a shape/emblem. It's a logo you can imagine on sports jerseys and banners

A non-sports related example is Warner Bros. You've got the brand colours, name and it's contained within a shape/emblem. The same logo can be used across different themes (e.g. Classic, The Matrix version, Batman, horror, Suicide Squad version). It's a good example how the logo doesn't change, so we can always tweak the colours and background for banners in the future - but bear in mind the focus is on the logo
