Hi darkemo6876, You did not show us a back insert for this...Please let me know if you would like to send us a back insert to consider your entry. Plus, I would like you to redesign the 5 year warranty and remove the + sign. Also, please revise the icons for the dust-mite, bacteria, allergy-free and bed bug
