We are an upcoming Real Estate & Resort Developer Firm (LLP to be precise) in the Northern Region of India. We are a fresh face in the industry with 35+ years of experience into other business verticals. We plan to bring you the Eco themed resorts and residential layouts for a green and peaceful living. The concept will be based on 'Resort Residences', yet unknown to the mass public. We are coming up with our first major project in the hill station of Uttarakhand, Ranikhet.
The name of the company 'Glonia Ecoscapes LLP' suggests 'Glorious Eco-friendly Landscapes'. 'Glonia' is the reminiscent of the Latin word 'gloria' meaning 'glory' and containing the Swahili word 'nia' meaning 'brightness'. 'Ecoscapes' is just a combination of 'Eco-friendly Landscapes' which we wish to develop in order to restore the beauty of the nature and its surroundings.
The concept we plan to offer and develop is simple, you own a piece of the resort and can use it as your vacation home or second home. At times of vacations it will be made available to you and the rest of the time it will be managed by us or any other 3rd parties who are in the business. Your investment will give you a hefty ROI in terms of rentals (recurring gains) and property appreciation (long-term gains).

Kindly design a logo in the name of the company 'Glonia Ecoscapes LLP' related to its theme and meaning as described above. Be as creative as you can while designing the logo, similar to the name of the company. For any particular taglines or further clarification, kindly feel free to connect through chat.

Note:
- I am not looking for basic designs with hut shapes but some artistic and creative new-age font design for the words of the company.
- Real Estate theme can be incorporated in the name itself if necessary (not the tag line).
- Merger of the acronyms 'G&E' can also be used in designing the same.
- We are not a brokerage firm, hence kindly do not mention the terms like 'Real Estate' etc. with the logo.
- Reference images have been added for you but the same is however not the requirement. So kindly use it only for the reference purposes.
- Tag line can be used if necessary, 'Resorts & Residences', however, Glonia Ecoscapes LLP should be in one line.

Color:
- Kindly use the hints of Yellow/Golden, Green, Blue, Black and/or any other colors you think would go best and match the theme.
