I need a landing page designed and built. The purpose of the page is two-fold. One is to sell insurance claim forms and the second is to introduce the visitors to our form filling software.

The software to introduce can be seen at https://speedysoftusa.com/speedyclaims.html

The page MUST be responsive. Site will be optimized for the CMS 1500 form.

The target market is doctors in the US and the billing persons that do their insurance billing.

I envision the page having the following elements.
1. Header with nice full width graphic appropriate to the products.
2. Section discussing the forms briefly with buy now buttons.
3. Section briefly introducing the software with a link to my parent site where they can read more.
4. Section for questions and answers. FAQ style. This will get quite long so it might need to be accordian style or similar maybe searchable?
5. footer with links, etc.

I am looking for a professional look. Not a typical cart look. A "we have been around a long time and know what we are doing and you can rely on us" look.

End product needs to be design and code. Functioning responsive webpage able to be uploaded and live. Deliverables to include images, graphics and code.

EVERY entry so far is focused on the software and not the forms. The #1 purpose of this page is to sell the FORMS and introduce the software. So it is forms, forms, forms and by the way we have a form filler.
