Responsibilities as Finance person in Development Project Accounts: (A) Prepare proposed budget & taking steps to control budget & supervise the project expenditure as per Donor instruction. (B) Prepare of budget Variance analysis sheet for Donor & Internal requirement. (C) Bill Vouchers checking, taking steps for approval, compliance with purchase procurement for final payment. (D) Taking steps to issue cheque after deduction Vat & Tax as per Government Rules. (E) Summarizing of approved bill vouchers and posting in software. (F) Field Office bill voucher posting in software to prepare monthly & quarterly Donor & Internal Report. (G) Correspondence with existing Donors on various accounting issues & problems. (H) Assist to Donors Internal & External Audit team to provide accounts data & information’s. (I) Preparation monthly, quarterly & project periods financial statement cash flow statement ,Expenditure statement, Balance, Notes to the Balance sheet. (J) Prepare Fund Reconciliation Statement and Information update for Project Fund forecast to Demand of Project Donor. (K) Ensure of project Fund Transfer to Field office as per Field Office Demand for Program expenses. (L) Prepare audit report as per requirements for Internal and external Audit Team. (M) Correspondence with Software Company for software related issues & problems. (N) Preparation of salary sheet for project Staff as per organization policy. (O) Supervision & observation of subordinate collogues and staff to follow the rules of accounts Manual, Organization Policy. (p) Fund Management FD-2, FD-3, FD-4 FD-6, FC-1 format work for donor Fund. less
