Deco Candles supplied all the candles for the French high-end branch Point A La Ligne located in Bordeaux, France. Here I set up the factory after a devastating fire end of 2010 and managed to hit target production. Deco Candles Inc employed 200 workers, most direct and had a turnover of over € 1 mil yearly. I also found new customers in Japan, Germany, USA and Denmark along the way to support good growth. I was in charge hands-on with production, R&D, sales and HR in this company.

The main business is to manufacture high quality candles for the export market and local consumption. Clients abroad include Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel USA and Kaheku in Germany. I handle the company's P&L and negotiate designs, prices and concepts with buyers here and abroad. I am used to dealing with buyers of different nationality as well as negotiating with Asian suppliers. In 2012 I arranged a merger between my company Doc’s Candles and French-owned Deco Candles Inc.
