The aim of this study is to identify the determinants of the Price Earning Ratio of Selected Companies listed on Colombo Stock Exchange(CSE) period Span from 2007-2011. The Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Return on Equity (ROE), Retention Ratio (Ret) and Market Capitalization (MC) are used as determinants of Price Earning Ratio in this study.
