I am an electronic engineer, specialist in microcontrollers and embedded software programming; schematics capture and PCB routing. I have studied Electronic Engineering, at University of Zaragoza. After graduation, I received a grant for researching about wireless sensor networks in a French laboratory. Since then, I have been working in several companies, and I have developed embedded software for a wide range of products. I have a deep knowledge on C and C++ programming, wireless communications, TCP/UDP network application development, RTOS and embedded programming. Firmware development from scratch for several products manufactured by the company. Between others, developing of a HMI using a very low cost device conected to a STM32 microcontroller. As graphic library I used emWin, with very good results considering that it was a low resolution LCD of 2$. Contribution to the Power Electronics iOS app. Contribution to firmware electronics on other products as well as supporting legacy versions.

Firmware maintenance of a device embedded in trucks for fleet management which was programmed on C++ using a ST microcontroller, uBlox module for GPS and NMEAS data, and GSM. It also got vehicle information through CAN. I also performed maintenance tasks on a HMI device used for the truck driver, which has a touch panel, and was programmed in C# using Windows CE. I helped the company to the development of the new platform, making Hardware Abstraction Layer modules, and tesing these modules.

Design of embedded firmware for the microcontrollers of the products manufacutred by the company. Design of prebuilt libraries used by the company in order to develop further products faster. Among others, I developed the products for managing the safe boxes locks in the banks, locks, I/O modules, devices for door management, and for access controls, using biometric sensors, MiFare readers, or both.

Firmware design of new Zigbee products. Among others, I contributed significantly to the development of biometric and wireless doorlock called O'lock, which won the Hostelco prize to innovation in hostel industry. Products developed: O'lock: A battery powered biometric Zigbee door lock. Battery lifetime was calculated to be 5 years. Zigbee coordinator. Inside: Similar to the O'lock device, but installed in wall, and powered with a DC power supply.

Moreover I proposed to the company the development of a new wireless sensor networks device family for monitoring agriculture parameters. These devices were called GAIA.
