The Project is About a Vertical City in the shape of a twisted tower Where all types of amenities are available iresidentions, commerical, offices, along with public space for community gatherings with 106 floors as a proposal , the numbers of floors can be duplicated many times .. This City is located near Cairo , Suez road where the site of the new capital of Egypt the link between “Memphis ” and the whole parts of Egypt through metro station in the underground The transportaion system through high speed elevator inside the tower & at the corners of the tower and on the tentical skin through gyroscope which relies on the principle of the inverted pendulum.
