Zen Cart for selling photographs

I am a photographer. I want to setup Zen Cart to sell my photographic prints online. I have setup and account with [login to view URL] and I have installed ZenCart. The problem is I don't know how to quickly set it up. Also, I can supply all images required for the shop in any spec. I am also an experienced graphic designer and can competently produce a complete HTML website using dreamweaver. BUT as you will know that is not the same as working your way through ZenCart for the first time. I know nothing about PHP whatsoever. Ok. the details.... Basically the shop is very simple. I have 4 categories Female Male Couples Art In each of these categories there will be a number of images, say at present up to 100 in each category. The only attributes these images have is size - small medium and large and all price options depending on size are the same. Small are all $x medium are all $Y etc. I need help.. a) Knowing a fast way to upload all the images into the appropriate category and adding the common dropdown with the size/price options. b) Help to layout and make the shop look how I want it. c) Setting up so that only domestic sales have tax/GST and exports do not. d) Setup shipping options / specials / cross sells / favourites etc e) testing the connecting up to a gateway of my choice. f) Informing me of anything else I have not included which would be good/cool to have and know. f) Educating me in plain easy to understand English as we go so I can learn to add / update the shop on my own after the initial work has been done I would be good to find a developer in New Zealand from a price point of view as our currency is weak against the US$ at the moment but I look forward to all offers.
