Business Membership/Classifield Website PHP/FLASH

Brief Summary: I currently have a website [login to view URL] however it does not meet the target audience standard and functionality compared to other competitor websites so I am looking to redo the whole website and start afresh. The objective of this project is to make the back end of the site function like [login to view URL] I want a person to create me a professional business website using to the best ability the domains that I have so that there is future potential to grow the business via search engine listings. But the core project is to get a working site. It may be that the winner of this project can show me how to maximise my domains so they can work in unison. My target market is USA ??" New Zealand ??" United Kingdom. I would like to charge each country their membership in their own currency. Ideally I want a member to be able to view businesses in USA & UK & NZ from the domain they logged into. Main colours of the site to be Black Grey Red I have a homepage design that requires some modifications, this would be the starting point for theme of the project, This will be given to the person that takes the project on. I am looking for a lot of flash within the site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
