We are in need of a space shooting game heavily inspired by [login to view URL] . The end product should be a website which has this type of game as a part of it, and the game is playable. The website design can be simply the game in the middle. This is a project that won’t be used too much in the future, so “shortcuts” such as hard coding something, are acceptable. However, we will be reusing the code a bit so please comment / document the classes and functions a bit if they are complex. Deadline for the project is 22. April. Requirements and features: Must have: Ability to load your own file with words from a menu. Word files will have one word per line, and each line will have either a word and label separated by “ = “ (spaces included), only a word. Word file example <contact me for example, fiverr does not have enough space> Option that allows the player to choose which words will be used in the game, based on the labels. Words without labels will always be used. Example, the player will choose only “easy” and “medium” labels, and the game will randomly create alien spaceships from {lid, make, pen, paper, bottle, computer} set. User can type a word on a keyboard and if the word is correct, your spaceship will shoot the alien and destroy it. If the user makes a typo, some alien spaceship will shoot a “homing laser” (no way of avoiding it, thus the player will lose life 100% of the time they make a typo) at the user. The alien spaceships want to crash with the player spaceship, when they come too close the alien ships explode / crash, thus damaging the player. Show some kind of health bar for the user spaceship. Expose / make a public functions that Set the maximum health of user spaceship Toggle the visibility of the words in the game. In Z-type they are always visible, but we need to toggle them, for example call “wordVisibility(False)”. Damage per alien ship crash and when user gets hit by the alien “homing” laser Create the alien spaceships. Therefore when we reuse the game code, other developers can simply call the exposed function, example “createAlien(“window”)”, and the game will create a new alien spaceship with the word “window”. Should have: Preferably you would write the game as an Angular component and use [login to view URL] to build it so that maybe in the future it can be extended. However, if you are able to argue that there are better approaches on how to create the game, we are ready to listen.
