Install Wordpress on a Windows server (Intranet) using the Active Directory plugin for authentication.

My Intranet/Internet development and digital marketing business have provided an Intranet presence for a group of organisations (in the same industry) for the last 18 years. We are now planning our third version. The previous version consisted of an Umbraco, Sharepoint and .NET solution. Umbraco is starting to fail and so we want to install a new Intranet in the next few months. We are now using Wordpress and Elementor exclusively for all Internet builds. This has led us to decide to choose using a Wordpress solution for this next Intranet. There are 10 organisations who share this one intranet environment. We have decided this time to do 10 individual installs on the one Windows server using XAMPP (unless you have a better solution). Each organisation needs to have a completely private site. On the present Intranet, we are using Active Directory (AD) for authentication purposes. This has worked very well so we are looking at the same for this next Intranet build. The server we use and the network it is within is owned and managed by another firm. So we have no need of Engineers. They are provided. We are looking for an appropriate person to lead this small project, to have a hand in its design and installation. Our preference is to have a person who has already done this type of project before. We need someone who knows what they are doing, no experimenting. The install will be bare bones - you only need to install the 10 versions of Wordpress and hook them up to Active Directory (of which there is a plugin available).
