Hire a WordPress Developer

I have a custom theme based wordpress website - [login to view URL] . When i am trying to integrate a few forms i am facing an issue wherein the form gets horizontally misaligned. By integrating i mean - replacing mailchimp wordpress forms with getdrip.co. [login to view URL] doesn't have a wordpress plugin that can generate forms using shortcodes. So the form html code has to be placed in the relevant section. Contact Form 7 can be used but then again a particular ajax event(an endpoint call) needs to be fired when the contact form 7 is submitted. Once again its a custom theme and i want the design to stay as it is. No Changes. You can check this section "Join our exclusive readers list and get access to free weekly content!" on the homepage ([login to view URL]) for the form having "name" and "email" fields. When i replace the mailchimp short code with the entire form code that exists in the mailchimp plugin the design breaks(please refer to the attached pic) . I need you to fix it - make the alignment proper. I really hope the description is clear enough. If not then please mention in in the proposal and we can discuss. Need someone who can really fix it and not just keep playing or experimenting around. Need a quote on the price and time as well. Mention "YouRock" at the top of your proposal so that i know you have gone through the proposal and are not blindly submitting the proposal.
