Flipping Counter that can use a custom formula

So we have a client that is looking for a fancy looking flipping counter We have been using this one for a while "Jellyfish Counter" [login to view URL] The look we want to emulate can be seen here [login to view URL] however most of the flip counter plugin I have seen are like count downs ... What I need is for the counter to continuously count up based on a set interval and from a base number ... Like gallons of water saved since 1984 This is what the shortcode looks like which has the formula parameters inside the shortcode using the Jelly fish counter we are currently using [jellyfish_counter digits=9 digit_padding=10 direction='up' tick_multiplier=1 start=112487523 flat=true end=999999999 format='000,000,000' interval=6.7 timestamp='2018-08-01 12:10:21'] and we have another one that uses this shortcode [jellyfish_counter digits=9 digit_padding=10 direction='up' tick_multiplier=1 start=37499065 flat=true end=999999999 format='000,000,000' interval=20 timestamp='2018-08-01 12:10:21'] So every time someone comes to the website the starting value is calculated based on the original timestamp and if on the site long enough you will see the numbers change Trying to acheive this with the flip clock look and feel screen shot of current counter is attached ... but we want to replace it to look like a flipping counter as seen on this site [login to view URL] Most of the counter plugins that look like this I seen do not allow you to use your own custom formula - So I need some that looks like the flipping clock look and feel and allows for the use of a custom formula based on a time interval like the solution I currently have with the jel;lydfish counter but look like a flipping clock counter
