Custom CSS for Elementor Built Wordpress Websites

I am fluent in Elementor Page Builder Website Development, however I am just learning CSS and need help with certain things that elementor can not do without custom CSS. You will need to be familiar with Elementor and have excellent CSS knowledge especially for @media screen query, so that we can : -make the website look good in landscape (remove/resize/reorder columns based on breakpoints i specify, shrink section height) -shrinking header when scrolling (reduce height of section upon scrolling, reduce header contents size upon scrolling) -slowing down animations when hovering menu items, and more.. You will be inputting CSS in the elementor custom css field, I do NOT want coding implemented outside of elementor. Not required but A PLUS: If you have a good eye for design, I want design work both now and in the future, I have constant clients coming in that need custom wordpress websites built with elementor. (Note: Design ability is not required to get this job) Finally: The work I am requesting should be easy and fast for someone knowledgable in CSS, I will be reviewing the custom css and I have enough understanding of CSS so please do not bid if you plan on being dishonest about how much time it took to implement CSS for each task I give you. If the work quality is good and is done efficiently, I will be hiring you again or hopefully retaining you for all projects in the future.
