Min budget win this project I want someone to build a simple app to stream Video and Audio from a website. App is for Windows Lumia Phones Here are my points, 1) It should stream video from a url that I say. 2) It should stream audio from a url that I say. 3) It should have auto adjust video quality feature. Just like the primary website has. 4) Audio should play in background even when the phone is locked. 5) I have attached 2 screenshots, 5.1) Home screen should have only 4 options - Play Video, Play Audio, Stop Playing, Rate us (And Share us - if possible) 5.2) Should have only 2 colors - White and Green 5.3) Welcome Screen as attached. But with 2 colors - White and Green 6) I need to have the copyrights. 7) I need the source code I want to do this at fixed price post the app is tested and the features above are working fine. Also, the Developer should be ready to be re-hired in the future, if I need any more improvements in the app. Please quote your price with prior experience. --NO ADJUSTABLE VIDEO QUALITY FEATURE. --THIS FEATURE NEEDS A CLOUD SERVICE WHICH MAY CAUSES SOME EXTRA COSTS. --BUT YOU CAN UPLOAD DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF A VIDEO (for example 1080p, 720p, 480p) --THUS I WILL BE ABLE TO INCLUDE THIS FEATURE. --PLEASE AWARD ME IF YOU OK WITH THAT.

Hi, Thank you for the invitation. I am ready to start the project at any time. Please send me more details about the source/website for the video and audio. If you know about the media types (mp4, mp3, etc) please include that information. It is hard to give a quote for the cost of the project because that will depend on the media type and capabilities of the streaming server.
