Adding file browsing function into excel worksheet

I am looking to create a special feature into excel worksheet that will allow to add a file reference in a specific cell. We would like to have a "browse" button added to some cells which will allow the users to look for a specific file and selects it. Once selected, the file name will appear on the worksheet. See the attached JPG.
