Scenario Manager

Please read the attached PDF. The purpose of this project is to create a ASP.NET web based application to provide users with the ability to manage scenarios. Data will be stored in a MSSQL 2012 database. What we’re looking for is a clean, neat and modern application. The Scenario manager does just that :- it manages scenarios. The application will need to work with two tables (Scenarios and Users). Views and MSSQL stored procedures (sprocs) will be provided throughout. The scenario manager will not be required to actually do the back-end database work. It will execute a number of stored procedures that are out of scope for this development (i.e. we will develop those separately). It will derive its data from a number of views which will also be provided. Functionality Required - Display of List of Scenarios (from a SQL view) - Create New Scenario (runs a stored proc) - Process a Scenario (runs a stored proc) - Lock a Scenario for Editing (runs a stored proc) - Publish a Scenario (runs a stored proc) - Delete a Scenario (runs a stored proc) - Make this the Default Scenario (runs a stored proc) It’s really a simple app. Display a few rows (up to 200 at the most) from SQL, and allow certain operations on the rows or to create a new row. The webapp doesn’t even need to directly modify data in the database - this will be done by a set of stored procedures. .Net framework 4.0 or above ASP .Net and C# Microsoft Visual studio 2010 or above MS SQL Server 2012 Cross browser/Platform support (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome – PC and Mac) CSS should be used effectively
