I need somebody familiar with HTML5, Bootstrap 4, CSS3, and Mobile-Friendly / Responsive Websites to make me a single webpage based off two designs that I will provide you with at bid acceptance. My client and I must be 100% satisfied with the design before any milestones are released. I would like to see a mockup before starting to build the webpage. This mockup can be done with Photoshop or Illustrator. The mockup is required within 6 hours. I reserve the right to request changes with the mockup. Please have a milestone for the mockup and a separate milestone for the HTML coding. Include the phrase 'mob friendly expert' in your bid description to me so I know you have read this entire thing. If you do not have the mockup within 6 hours, I reserve the right to cancel the project. I reserve the same right if the final project is not delivered within 24 hours. If I see significant progress, I may give additional time at my discretion. Good luck and happy bidding!

'mob friendly expert' Hi, I am an experimented UI/UX designer and web developer. I can make the onepage psd mockup within 4 to 6 hours if you have prepared already a clear brief. I will use HTML5/CSS3 and Javascript for some cool animations if you want and bootstrap4 for the grid. However I can use my own custom grid if you like so.
