Quote Generator with Online Wordpress/WooCommerce using Xstore dark theme

Building an online website using Wordpress with WooCommerce, I have a theme installed. Want website to sinc with Quickbooks and want solid inventory management system that can create and scan bar codes for inventory management. Will only have about 80 different SCUs now but more to add in future. Hoping to also list products on Amazon and Ebay and would like to somehow integrate ordering process to simplify the management of orders. I currently have a themler template that I like that I like the look and can be used for the skeleton the the site. I'm also good at photoshop so I can help make graphics, but I'm useless when it comes to PHP and programing. Once website is made I will need some training on how to managing products and anything else needed to manage the website to run my webstore. I currently have hosting with Bluehost and have installed magento and the theme. MOST IMPORTANT: We need a price quoting generator where a section of website a prospective client can enter in all of their personal lead information and LED screen requirements. For example let's say a customer wants a 9ft x 18ft LED screen. The quote generator needs both options of imperial and metric so they can also enter 3m x 9m and then the quote generator will analyze current levels of inventory and provide several quote options based on inventory levels for the prospective clients. This quote will sit in cue and then can be emailed out to client once client has been contacted by a salesperson so we can be sure that the quote is actually going to a qualified lead.
