Plan/Scenario Manager

Please read the attached PDF. The purpose of this project is to create a ASP.NET web based application to provide users with the ability to manage scenarios. Data will be stored in a MSSQL 2012 database. The web app will need to run in compatibility mode….so pretty much IE8 and above. The Plan/Scenario Manager simply lists a few records from a table, allowing the user to perform a few actions on a row. To perform these actions all it needs to do is run a stored proc, passing the UserAlias to the proc. Please note: The Plan/Scenario manager does not need to perform any computations. It’s a really simple display of a few rows in a table, and allowing creation of new rows (asking for six items). It needs to display up to five buttons for operations that can be performed on a row. The visibility of these buttons will be provided in the list (i.e. the stored proc to list). The Plan/Scenario Manager will not be required to actually do the back-end database work. It will execute a number of stored procedures that are out of scope for this development (i.e. we have developed those separately). It will derive its data from a number of views which will also be provided. Functionality Required - Display of List of Plans/Scenarios (from a SQL stored proc) - Create new Plan/Scenario (display a form and run a SQL stored proc) It’s really a simple app. Display a few rows (up to 200 at the most) from SQL, and allow certain operations on the rows or to create a new row. The webapp doesn’t even need to directly modify data in the database - this will be done by a set of stored procedures which will be provided. .Net framework 4.0 or above ASP .Net and C# Microsoft Visual studio 2010 or above MS SQL Server 2012 Cross browser/Platform support (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome – PC and Mac) CSS should be used effectively
