Need a Photoshop to HTML designer.

We need a website converted from photoshop to HTML. We are a design company but we don't really deal with web. We have an ok knowledge of word press but have a specific way we want our site to look.
We've already designed the site in adobe Muse, so we can send videos showing us navigating through the pages. Muse is obviously coming to an end which we didn't realise but it got us to the stage we're at now.
The homepage:
fairly simple. has a description at the top with appx 12 pictures which represent a project. Each will need a rollover. All images will be supplied in the correct resolution.
The contact page:
This will have info about the team, the address, social media and other contact info about the company.
Other pages:
Each of the pictures (with rollovers) on the homepage will link to a page that has more info on that project. there will be from 6 to 12 pictures along with a little paragraph about the project on each.
The Gallery:
This will be linked to various parts of the website. Basically a gallery of photos of work we've produced.
We'd like the ability to change stuff ourselves so we'd like it made for Wordpress. It's a very simple website. We'd create this on Wordpress but we're actively trying to avoid anything fancy and complicated.
We also would like a good developer to work with us on other projects. We turn away web jobs very often so it would be nice to partner with someone on these jobs. Good English speaking is essential.
