Need Joomla Hotel Reservation Setup for Website

Looking for an experienced Joomla web designer/developer to help me look for and set up a hotel reservation extension (free or paid - we will cover cost if needed). We had IceBooking but the extension is no longer being updated and no longer functions so we had to settle for a contact form in the mean time to get some inquiries (you will see the module on the side in every page). The website is [login to view URL] - it is for a small hotel in Nicaragua 4 rooms - as you will see the website is in spanish so I will need someone who is fluent in the language to help us out. ** There are 4 rooms but we need to set up the booking system to automatically change prices depending on the number of occupants - [login to view URL] ** We would like for the individual who is trying to book to have the ability to pay online via credit card. ** More importantly I need a documentation written down in Spanish that outlines all the steps on how to add a new room, pricing and images in the backend in case we want to add more rooms in the future. Also to outline how process the payments and how to set up the front end features. When applying please provide the plugin recommendations you would like to use for the website (at least one free and one paid) and any website samples you have worked on.
