Modify Design of Existing Wordpress Theme

Hello - I'm building a website for a diner that serves a variety of delicious food on the central coast of California! I'm looking for a Wordpress expert to help refine the design (of an existing template) to match their comprehensive menu and make the site "theirs". The existing site is located at [login to view URL] The new site is [login to view URL] Here's what's needed: 1. Update the favicon from existing site to new Wordpress site. 2. Add social pages to follow icons (disable other icons not used) 3. Design and move content from existing site to new site. Add images to each section like the template shows, breaking up the content so it’s not all one big page of text. Please note: the menu is massive 4. Add content to Daily Specials, History, Rewards, Contact 5. Update SEO fields (title tags, descriptions, etc...) 6. Minor image editing 7. Make minor design adjustments, update plugins, and delete extra pages as needed The site needs to be tested within: Mac/Windows Chrome, FireFox, Safari, IE On desktop and mobile (Android and Apple) The project needs to be completed within 4 days of project winner acceptance: In 2 days, all pages work flawlessly within the browsers listed above.
