Experiences Unique IDX Web Developer Needed

Looking for an expertly experienced full stack developer with experience in IDX web development. Also there will be a monetary exchange feature on the website/platform. This is not just a website, it is an in depth and technically advanced online experience. At this point it is an idea and I am in search of a developer to bring it to fruition. The choice of language will depend on features I want to provide: 1. Security is a very important issue. 2. Speed is important 3. These particular websites have kept up with times and provide HTML5, angular.js oriented interfaces There are a plethora of options. What I actually need are 1. A robust platform 2. Good response time 3. Javascript (and it's libraries) support 4. Database support I think you should look into the intersection of modern platforms and languages you're comfortable with. Probably picking a framework like python-based django or php-based Joomla is a good idea (most sites are still run on php). You don't need the complexity of erlang etc and with something like node.js or GoLang you'd probably end up re-inventing the wheel . I think an integrated framework like django, joomla or rails is the way to go.
