Convert divs to table for layout in Email Mailchimp HTML template

JOB FOR CSS EXPERT I have a mailchimp html template that is using divs to display rows of products. This email does not display nicely in Windows Outlook and I beleive its because of the divs. I need to convert the divs to table cells. NO NESTED TABLES can be used because the products are being generated automatically into the template before it gets to mailchimp and need to be able to tile automatically. Will need to use <tr><td> to display rows of products. Be careful not to kill the responsiveness of the email if possible.
