Build me a talent modeling website portal

I am a pro photographer. Need an experienced professional to design me a sizzling hot eCommerce subscription website. It will be a talent community site where models, agencies and photographers can all go to hire or be hired for their next project. Open to building the site in laravel if suitable. You will also consult with me on what I need to make it functional. i.e. ISP w/ what specific back-end technical language / features needed. I would prefer a site that is NOT built on WordPress, but rather something else with a back-end Admin section, I can easily use to update the site or provide support to the members. If you know of any existing templates out there, I am ok with you using one and customizing it to death to fit the parameters of this project. Below are the items I expect out of this project (I might forget a few deliverables, so there needs to be room to adjust accordingly): Non-Members will be able to: - Visit the main page of the site - Browse existing talent thru a search tool - Look at talent summaries but be locked out until they sign up and become a member - Have access to a signup page - Be able to choose a reoccurring subscription tier, renewing each month or year *Each tier will give them access to more features Members will be able to, upon logging in: - Create and maintain their online portfolio by adding photos and pertinent details about themselves - Select from many options to help tailor their profile, for example, what their modeling genre types might be - Be able to select a photo as a main avatar and also be able to provide photo credits for each photo - Have access in the members area to a set menu of tools and options - Be able to access the site's messaging system to communicate with other members - Rate and leave feedback about a member they have worked with and have that rating appear on that person's profile. It would be both a star rating and text feedback. - If a photographer or agency, be able to post casting calls and the details. - Be able to block a member from contacting them or report an inappropriate photo of comment/message To see how I envision the main landing page of the site, please visit: [login to view URL] To see how I envision the member's profile to be displayed on the site, please visit: [login to view URL] Effectively, I want to replicate that look and feel, right down to the information being displayed, the shape of the photos, the booking button feature, being able to heart (favorite) a profile, the hover feature when you hover over a photo to get a "quick preview" ...please click thru and... see how the portfolio page should layout on my site. Same style, sections, information and vibe please. Social section will pull from the member's Instagram account. Digitals essentially is an area where the model uploads photos of her not wearing any makeup and showing herself in a raw way, so prospective clients can get a good vibe on what they will be working with minus makeup and posing. I should be able to moderate anything uploaded, to ensure the photo quality is on par and also not obscene. I uploaded a "settings" page screenshot from another site, to give an idea of some of the items that might live on the member's settings menu. Looking for freelancer's with SIMILAR experience building these types of sites. Also, be prepared to provide ongoing support should something fail or go sideways after the site is live. :) The sample site links above are built using Angular and therefore need someone who is good with building an angular site!
