Adsense website creator Repost

Thank you taking time to bid on this post. I'm looking for a loyal, serious, professional Adsense website creator/designer, to be able to create an Adsense serie of site that must generate each AT LEAST $25 or more per day. Please show me some proof once the work has done that it really makes at least that amount daily. If you are not capable to deliver such task, please don't bid. I can get the domain and web hosting but the domain name should be suggested by you and be SEO friendly. You will be responsible for writing the unique SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. Website should be developed using the Wordpress latest version with the latest seo plugins or any other useful plugins. Site MUST adhere to the following: •Provide overview plan before starting the project •Contain must be unique with at least 50 unique posts/articles •Articles must be in proper English and must be Copyscape clean •Content, as I said, must be original and SEO optimised with high LSI weight and keywords used frequently •Any niche are acceptable sites with exception for Adult, Pharma, Violence, Gambling. Sites MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TERMS OF SERVICE 100% •All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing •Must contain related images to niche topic •Ad’s will be from google and also you are free to use CJ, Amazon, or ClickBank products or any other affiliate advertising that are associated with the niche as long as it doesn't distract from Adsense ads too much •Design must be neat and optimised to attract people to click on the ads •The site must be automated to some extent for easy updates or management control •Not Autoblogs •Must Be Adsense optimized •Have Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as Adsense to track the history •Install all the blog on my hosting account, ready to work. The domain must be transferred to be as well before payment •Visitors must come from unique organic traffic sources – Traffic driven MUST BE 100% white hat real people no bots or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat etc Payment terms and bonuses: I will pay the amount of bid ONLY AFTER I see constant income in my adsense account. I will hold the payment for 39 days until this has been confirmed. No partial payments. When conditions have been met successfully, you will be paid in full plus bonus. Bonus means cash and future projects. Bonus will increase consecutively. If you are professional and loyal, you will respect all that. The bidder should consider the following points: •Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website. •Show us the proof of income after 30 days of launching of websites built by you. Day by day statistics to be provided (Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked) •Show us some of your previous website/blogs that you already created (that must not be your own) •The site to be submitted at least to Google, Yahoo, Bing, Pinged and others (of course you know your job) Any comments, queries or questions are welcome.
