Professional 6 page website with logo design (HTML/CSS Design Only)

This is a bid for a (6 or so page) html/css web site. I will be putting in programming later (web forms etc..) so what I need from the bid is only the design work of a static HTML site. I need the code to be web 2.0 using DIV tags (try to limit the use of tables in the design. It is important that the template designed needs to stretch (no using fixed heights in the CSS on content areas and footers for example.) ## Deliverables This site is attempting to be a "world-wide movement" much like this site (to support a book) [[login to view URL]][1] (we even have the author of this book's permission in person.) Our site in contrast will offer a quarterly drawing for $10,000 to incentivize participation. A similarity is we will be using the same "wrist band system" as a reminder to keep the commitment. We want to build a list of participants as large as possible and hope the movement will go viral. We need a very professional and emotionally moving web site to frame this whole thing up. The goal is to change the world through a change of attitude (to a positive infectious one) a person at a time. If someone can go 10 consecutive days without complaining, gossiping, or lying they will be entered into the drawing. (It will be on the honor system.) We will need at least three logo ideas to pick from and at least three ideas for a web template screen shots to pick from. (If you come up with a good one on the first try, then we won't need three.) The movement will be sponsored by a business and a logo for that with a link will be at the bottom of the template. He really believes he can make a positive difference in the world if he can change the behavior/attitude of people to a more positive one. The nature of the organization is to get as many people to sign-up and share with their friends this life changing concept. When someone signs-up they will get a motivation email each day for ten days. They will use a wrist band (which we will be selling later on) as a reminder. If they catch themselves complaining, gossiping, or lying, they will switch the band to the other wrist. There will also be links in the email to allow them to re-set their days back to day one. Also, there will be a "referral program" that will win a referrer $1,000 if their referee wins the $10,000.** **1f) Who is your target market? After that it could be up to what you can make look good to us. **4b) List the Navigation links/pages for your Site ****(I will want to the navigation to be CSS and not images) ****Home**** - Home page with the main introduction to the program with call-outs to sign-up. ****Drawing ****- A page that explains the rules of the drawing. ****Sign-up**** - Will contain a form with 7 fields (Name, Email, City, Phone, Age, Referal Person's name, and email of referral person.) I will need a very professional looking form here that fits the site style (html only.) I will be putting the programming in later. ****Privacy**** - Privacy Statement page. ****About**** - Explains more in detail about the program. ****Contact**** - Contact information and a three field contact form (Name, Email, Comments.)** ** ** **5b) What type of look are you trying to achieve? (e.g. clean, high-tech, conservative, warm, flashy, etc.)**** **We are trying to achieve a warm looks that people will emotionally respond to. At the same time there is $10,000 involved so there needs to be a bit of excitement there. **6b) Do you have any images for use in the design of your site?**** **** **We will also need a designer to pick the stock art to use.
