Realtor Website (Again)

I posted the same project before but the individual/company who I selected never finish the project & went missing

So now I am posting the project again. My website is [url removed, login to view] but now I am with another company so I need to redesign and make it more user friendly with Searches, posting listings and viewing listings, a chat session with me when I'm on-online, Flash Instroduction, etc.

I have 2 files with more information based on the work done by the previous individual for which I don't have any codes, just ideas. I would like to intereact with the winning bid and I am looking for something quick so that I can change at least the home page to post my new info while the rest of the work is being change.

I am open to your creativity - I am not set to anything so if you have ideas,let me hear it

I do have more file for you to review but I can't upload because there are a bit too big for the limit by this application
