57014 Web Page Header/Logo Design

Hi, I need a graphic header (fixed) and logo/banner for a Flying School Web Site. The Header needs to be 740 x 66 and a logo and small banner (standard sizes) can be derived from that. I have a line image of a plane outline (small example attached) that needs to be incorporated somehow along with the business name which is in blue (0000cc) or thereabouts and uses the font Cooper Black (can be changed to a more professional but similar font). Full size plane outline image will be available on successful bid along screenshots of the exitsing web site. I will also supply some "stock" photos of aircraft that can be used for the mock ups pending choice/approval by the customer and then photos will be taken for use in the live header / etc. If you think you can provide a complete template then let me know -the site will be fixed width with two column - a left menu (125px) and a main content column. Hope this gives you enough to be going on with!
