A New Website Design Needed upgraded

We are looking for a CREATIVE and PROFESSIONAL web designer/creative agency that will design 6-7 web pages for a new web site. Page layouts are already prototyped and those will be given to you. Designer can follow/apply those layouts OR can make small changes on layouts if she/he would like to according to the theme he creates. Then it will be his job to put a beautiful flesh on it. The outcome will be provided to us as PSDs. I repeat we dont need programmers/developers we need CREATIVE DES?GNERS We want a perfect design. we don’t want a copy. You need to mix the elements from inspired web sites and create a better outcome. Every corner, every edge, every fonts, every boxes, every buttons etc. on design should be PROFESSIONAL and harmonic with all pages. We want to see not even a flaw.
