Need web designer to customise Wordpress template in order to launch minimum viable product

I am creating a website that has the purpose of connecting artists and labels who want music videos made with directors from Australia, New Zealand, and around the world. The website will essentially be similar to this site in a way... Clients (artists/labels) can list a brief for the music video they want created, and directors can then browse the listed briefs to find one they want to work on. Registration is required, and users are created based on being a client, or a director. On-site permissions are according to which user you are. A client can: Post a music video brief by filling out a form. This includes filling in a variety of fields, and loading up to three files to the form (reference file, mp3, and lyrics doc) A director can: View full details of posted briefs Respond to briefs by filling out a pitch form, which includes an upload function for a treatment document A client can't: View full details of other briefs Submit a pitch to briefs A director can't: Post briefs The site will also enable sign up to email updates, and link to various social media pages. I currently have a Wordpress template that I'd like to work off as a base. The priority for this phase is to promptly turn this into a workable minimum viable product, and start going to market to get users. Down the track I plan to build a back end and export the data collected from the MVP to this full phase 2 site. The building of that isn't part of this brief. In addition to customising the front end function of the site, I would like someone who has honed skills in design, to make the site look modern, easy to use, and innovative, yet professional.
