Logo, Website design and Joomla

I'd like to create a Joomla based website for a Mobile Dogwash business. Firstly I will require a Logo for the new company, Posh Paws or Posh Paws Mobile, whichever might look better. I just brought a domain [login to view URL] I like this site [login to view URL], I like that it's colourful with large banners that act as links to the most important sections of the site. I like that the text is large and obvious. The name of the company is Posh Paws so I'm looking for something a little more "classy", I guess a different font will make a difference. Design is very important to me, please only respond if you have superior design skills. I would also require the layered photoshop files & perhaps the fonts so I could make additional banners if required. I do not have any images yet however the most common breeds here in Singapore are small dogs. If you need me to supply images I will. Here are Singapore's top 10 dog breeds when choosing images: Shih Tzu, Jack Russell Terrier, Maltese, Miniature Schnauzer, Golden Retrievers, Chihuahua, Poodle, Labrador Retriever, Pomeranian. I have attached a spread sheet titled Menu as an overview to the menu I need. I have the content for each of the pages but I'd like you to create the entire structure. The site will need a couple of basic forms for potential customers and partners to register their interest in our upcoming services. I trust this is all the info you require to provide a fixed cost quote. From many of the responses I have seen my budget seems fair, however let me know if you think differently. Thank you.
