hi i would like to create an online school and accept credit card payments to see videos

like nana cast, i need to be able to have:
1. every teacher has a page with a video introduction to the course, and some written information
2. each intro page has a START LEARNING button for that video course and a see more courses button or ask more question (about course) button
3. payment for the tutorial with paypal
4. protected video tutorial content (can not download) playing in flash player that cannot be linked to and cannot be accessed without payment. the user who has paid may access the video any time with login once they have paid.
Main Site Page
on the main page of the site is a gallery of all the video introductions
on the main page on the right there is a drop down list:
--all the categories,
--all the teachers names,
under the drop down lists a box with related videos in picture thumbnail
Teachers Pages
--every teacher has a page with an intro video and text explaining the teaching material and a checkbox if it is video or written as a pdf ebook
--under the intro video, there are other related videos by the same teacher (see uploaded example)
--when on that page in the right hand column appear other related videos
--there is a LEARN NOW! red button big
--there is a ASK A PROFESSIONAL button that opens a contact form and emails the teacher directly but does not allow for urls only text entry
--there is the share and embed video tutorial on a blog like in the attached email which embeds the teachers intro to a webpage, twitters the link to the tutorial intro page, and facebook.

Backend for teachers
a teacher can manage their own tutorial account by creating as many tutorials as they want. there is a limit to the video upload meaning in kb (how much is a 3min clip weighing? is there a way, like with the youtube that the system can compress it? is there a video online system (like youtube) we can use but that will not make the video public?)
the teacher can see how many people have purchased their tutorials and which tutorials.
the teacher can add change modify the tutorial
the teacher can see the traffic on their intro video
the teacher can answer questions sent from paid students via the internal mail
the teacher can create as many new tutorials as they want like on:

the difference between this site and ours is that you have to pay for the tutorials before you can access them!
The Backend for Students / Customers
customers after paying can see the tutorial they have paid for, they can ask questions to the teacher via internal mail.
They can purchase more videos.
they can log in again and watch the video they paid for again
their paid for content appears in their student library
they can recommend via email other people to LEARN MORE from this teacher, which sends an email to their friend with the link to the front page of the teachers's tutorial intro.
students can recommend this tutorial on their facebook/twitter (lands it on the teachers tutorial intro page.
VIDEO PLAYING
videos should appear as a popup on the page like the graphic i included with the video on the screen.
LOGIN
students and teachers can login with a username and password, or with a blogger id, or a typepad id, or a facebook id, or a twitter id, or an openid id.
