Hello. Tell me more about your system. What os on your server? Do you store cardholder data? I have experiece with pci questionnaire and compliance scans on trustwave and on Clover Security | TransArmor | First Data. You shoud have purshcased certificate on you server. Selfsigned certificates not PCI compliant.

Before committing to this project I will need to see the vulnerability report, the scope of the issues that you need fix, and what your current controls are for meeting PCI DSS compliance. PCI-DSS compliance can be a complicated matter especially depending on what level of PCI DSS compliance you are trying to meet(2.0 vs 3.0) and which aspects of PCI compliance you have outsourced to your vendor(are you storing credit card information or is it being passed to a third party such as PayPal, Stripe, etc. I have worked in various organizations and helped them to achieve PCI compliance and have done various web security consulting work related to compliance.

I have a lot of PCI experience, have led three ecommerce companies through level 1 certification.

I have experience with penetration testing and scan reports to get them fixed to be complied with PCI DSS.
