I represent a leading Web Marketing firm looking for individual(s) or company with solid

expertise in the fields of SEO, link builing, keyword rankings, and PR improvement. Our

ideal is to establish a long-term relationship with a person(s) who is experienced, competent, a proven professional, and able to meet deadlines without any excuses.

We will be outsourcing the first of many clients we have in our portofolio.

Specifications

Website is 4 years and 8 months old with a PR3

Current Google Rankings:

a. Ranks between Page#2 - Page#5 for many main keywords

b. Ranks on Page #1 for many less important keywords

c. Ranks poorly or no rank for generic keywords (not related with geo location)

Current Yahoo/MSN Rankings :

Site ranks very well for many specific and generic keywords. However, client's main concern is Google rankings.

Scope of Work

1. Link Building :

- You should not violate Google`s rules and conditions. You will get a list of non-valid links which we are sure you are familiar with (these links wont be counted)

- You should get 500 PR4-PR8 or better permanent one-way relevant backlinks over a period of 9 months in related sites. The breakdown will be given to qualified bidders only.

- Site should be posted in related blogs, forums, social networks, etc. Amount of posts goal: 300

4 .Get valuable traffic mostly from US, UK, Europe. Traffic should bring the site over 5K or more UV per month.

[login to view URL] Google rankings in Spanish and Portugues. A plus, but not mandatory for bidders to qualify for project.

Payments

We will deal with escrow only. We do not transfer funds upfront before services are rendered. Please do NOT insist.

Upon agreement, we can do fixed escrows payments upon submission of detailed reports and verified performance.

Since we are are in the same business and we have the same needs, upon trust is built, We can arrange fixed payments via paypal every two weeks.

Be aware of our professional credentials require us to hire the best candidate for this first project. However, we will keep your record on file, for subsequent projects which we will need to outsource.

All serious and qualified bidders will be contacted via email with site and keywords details.

Step 2

Bidders should reply with the following PROPOSAL:

a. Monthly or total cost of the project. If monthly, This will be a fix monthly price and other charges will be paid.

b. Your detailed project plan to accomplish above Scope of Work. Include time, tools you use to manage a project like this, specially link building and promotion, site changes and improvements.

c. Your experienced, credentials, and achievements related to the work to be done.

d. Feel free to ask any questions.

Step 3

Our team will received all your proposals, and a decision should be made within a week or less

Step 4

Winner will be notified and project wil begin without delay.

We will make a decision based on:

1. How well your proposal fits our needs.

2. We don't care if you are a one-man team or a 60-employee company. We strive for results based on deadlines we have to meet.

3. Price should be a factor but not as important as the well-thought plan you submit.

4. We have worked with other subcontractors before who can avail for our commitment to deliver the best product to our clients, we will like the same in our hire. Customer-care oriented and easy to reach and communicate is a plus.
