I am an enthusiast of Hip Hop and Rap Action Figures. I want to create a website for like minded people. The website will include a shop, an encyclopedia of all of these figures in existence (content to be added by me, not yourself), a forum/message board (happy to use proboards or similar for this, a news page detailing forthcoming releases in the rapper figure world, maybe a live feed displaying items currently on ebay or something.
I also need a logo designed, you can do that work as part of this project or i can get it done separate elsewhere.
I think the name of the site will be 'Rap Action Figures' and the website should be [url removed, login to view] - i've checked godaddy and it is available and cheap.
[url removed, login to view] < i've had a look around online and this site is the closest i've found to what i want but there is far more content on here than i want on mine, but it has the right look and feel to it.
its a fairly new idea so I'm bound to have many more ideas and want additional things added to this so I will need you to bear with me a little bit while I finalise my requirements.
I've put this down as a 'simple project' - i hope that this is realistic but if I am way off then please tell me. I've looked into doing this through a free website builder but i want it to have the potential to turn into a decent website with lots of active memebers so i thought it would be better to go pro from the outset.
What i will need is the ability to add things to the website myself in the future, i.e. if i have a new item for the shop or a news article i want to write etc. can you show me how to do this or would i need to keep paying you to come back and update it? I guess I am looking for someone to put the architecture of the website together for me and then i will compile the information.
