This is for a client of mine. I want someone to develop a visual basic script that will take the information I supply as to origin & destination addresses, package dimensions and weights, shipment method (i.e. overnight, 2nd day, etc), and other relevant data, build the required xml string for the shipper (i.e. UPS, Fedex, and USPS), utilize the rate calculator api for the respective shipper and return a rate. The script should work with negotiated rates when supplied with proper credentials, and should also work for multiple packages that total 100# or greater being sent to the same address.
