Get Microsoft Access Visual Basic to split delete and copy operations into chunks

I have a simple delete and copy operation that needs to be made to scale as database increases in size. The code is in an access module in Visual Basic, and needs to be changed from the basic form below to one that splits the initial delete operation into chunks and splits the copy operation into chunks.

[login to view URL] "INSERT INTO Table1 SELECT * FROM Table;"
You would be delivering code that instead allows setting a chunk size variable at the top, and then does both delete and insert operations in smaller chunks.
