Architecture Visualisation

My project has two parts. This is for conceptual ideas only. ? I want to print it on 11" X 17" 1. ? Create an architecture? visualization of a renovation of the exterior of my two units only. (see pdf's) This conceptual model keeps the? canopy? the same, can include any color (painting) scheme on the whole building (all eight units), upper exterior siding will not be changed (from the bottom of the canopy to the roof) ? I want three concepts. 2.? ? ? Create an architecture? visualization of a renovation of the exterior of the complete building. ? One version I wish to keep the canopies and work around them, and a second visualization where the complete front of the building is renovated to bring it in modern 2008 building schemes ## Deliverables I believe an artist with good? 3D modeling skills, ( Sketch up) could produce the work I want in two or four hours labour. I want to show the complete building with new paint? on the top portion, consider a two color scheme,? new siding on the bottom portion Consider cultured stone along the front of the building, 28 inches in height up to the bottom of the windows. Improve the landscaping,? New windows, only my two units on the end will receive double doors. If? your skilled enough, you could include a version by putting the model in the provided image (Complete building)create two versions, one keeping the signage canopies, and one version without the canopies and include new type of signage to replace the canopy for the complete building. (My two end Units)Create two version, show renovations of my end units only, can include one with stone and one without, include new windows, doors, landscaping, signage (with graphics) on the end of the building The balance of the building (the other 6 units) can include a paint job of one or two colors. The building is 200 feet X 60 feet, there are 8 units and each unit is 24+ feet wide. The building is 16 feet high
