Has excellent command of the English language, very good computer skills, reporting, handling people, has launched and handled different programs and processes, and understands needs of clients.
Has experience in different programs varying from Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, Credit Cards, Internet services, among others.
Handling Refunds, Returns and Chargeback preventions.
I also process payments and billing processes.
I am handling a call center with several campaigns and we would like to expand.
