Multilingual Accounting Software

* Need an accounting software that works at least in French & Arabic * Can be english instead of french as long as I can add language pages, coder will not have to translate * Not mandatory to know arabic, as long as right to left & other language specifics are supported. Numbers should be regular (means 1, 2 , 3 the normal way not the hindi numbers) * Accounting software should be IFRS standard * Accounting Chart will be provided both languages * Web based easy to deploy software, most probably on PHP/MYSQL * Standard reports in both languages (balance sheet, GL, etc.) * Support secure login, with multiple roles * Closing, validation & all the workflow is configurable by role * Accounts should be configurable means which one is product, charge, tiers, which one is an income account, and which is an asset account, what are AP & AR etc. * Don't go through complex features for users, think as what an accountant with very little IT skills can do & be happy to use * fit to the day to day accountant work * fit to the monthly exercises especially closing & reporting * fit to the periodic depreciation, and carry over excercise * modeled in an account, transaction, acount type tables * a type has a default place in reports even debit or credit (set exceptions) * Implementation will be done by IT people so let most of thinks configurable, as long as default values are set * Would give more for software copyright protection, eg. any C, Java even PHP modules that allows implementers to unlock the software on the server, any implementation is locked by default **Proposition** Statment of compliance Some details about database model (account table, transactions, parameters, accountype, transactiontype) Basic screens sketch up (not every screen fortunatelly) Timelines **Deliverables**: Full source code commented Technical admin & implementers guide including technical & functional architecture, SW & DB type versions, OS, etc. User guide, Developper guide
