#1 I am looking for a virtual assistant that is reliable, takes initiative, problems solves and can complete tasks on time with minimal supervision. My company has been around since 1999 and because of our constant growth we need to expand our team. We are very experienced with working with virtual assistants. We have had many over the last 6 years. My primary virtual assistant has been with me for 3 years, plus I have three others that work for me full time. #2 Core Work Tasks (These are tasks that you would do on a daily basis.): Customer Service – Respond to customer issues via email and the odd time call a client (1 or 2 times a month). Sample customer service issues are answering questions regarding products, help answer/solve download questions/issues. Transcriptions – Be able to do some transcription from english speaking audio or video into a Word document. Then take the audio and edit so it can be used as a blog post. #3 Additional Work Tasks (These are tasks that are done on a weekly basis.): Image and Video Editing – Perform very basic editing. Being able to crop and decrease the resolution of an image. Be able to trim the start end of a video and crop a video, uploading videos. Also uploading videos to Youtube and adding descriptions. Content Management – Posting of blog posts, formatting blog posts, inserting images, performing light proof reading of blog posts, managing commenting to the blog post and approving/declining blog comments. Document Organization – Formatting Word documents, creating tables, organizing styles. Example is formatting exercise programs (adding exercise descriptions and pics to programs). Manage Social Media – On a daily basis manage Facebook by adding posts, responding to people, and working on interaction with people. Plus, manage YouTube a few times a week and LinkedIn on a weekly basis. Sales Organization – On a weekly or bi-weekly basis will collect sales made and organize into a spreadsheet. Internet Research – Search out a topic on the internet and collect information. Summarize Data – Collect data and provide summary of website statistics and list numbers. Tasks and Procedures – Assist in building procedures that you are doing and creating little videos of the task you have done. This is also the way that training is done. Document Creation – Be able to format a Word document and convert it into a PDF. Software – Must have an understanding or be open to learning Microsoft office products, Skype, Dropbox, Wordpress, Lastpass, Gmail, Google Docs, Jing and Screencast, Zendesk, Clickbank, Pinterest, Infusionsoft and iContact. #4 Please, note I am looking for serious applicants, that are hard working, prompt, on time, solution oriented, takes initiative, problem solving, open to learning new things, looking for a stable long term job with a company that is fair and growing. Hello. Im interested to your project. Especially number 3, Additional Work Tasks. Many of requirement job are compatible with my skill. i can editing video and photo, using social media, little internet research, and many. Unfortunately, my english not good. But i can understand what you write or speak. i've problem on writing and compile word. And im the person who want to learn new skill, so if i have any trouble with my task, i will ask to you or everyone that competent on that skill. I will taking seriously this project, even every job that i handled, always serious. im never just trial and error when working on project. I have the skills to complete the majority of the tasks, though I am not experienced in video editing. I am experienced in the other tasks you require. I have been in a high level administration role in a tertiary institution and am used to the types of tasks you describe. I am a fast worker and am able to keep to deadlines. I have been working on one other Freelancer project and have met the deadlines as required. I have taught the Microsoft office software packages and regularly use Skype, Facebook and Dropbox. I have had some experience with posting blogs and some of the other packages you have listed. I regularly respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone. Having been a word processing tutor, my proofreading and editing skills are well developed as is my use of the English language. Although I use UK English, I have been using US English in the project I have been working on. I have a lot of research experience. including researching the US labor laws in order to provide forms for new recruits in each state, and I have also researched the environments of several degrees as part of the degree reviews. Hello, how are you doing? I'm a hardworking person that has been working as a virtual assistant for a couple of months now. Some programs that I am able to use are Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
